Port Way II has been one of our most ambitious renovation projects to date. The scope included expanding the home’s square footage, fully reworking the layout, and updating the exterior to soften the traditional split-foyer appearance. The redesigned interior was planned to maximize flow and functionality, creating spaces that feel open and generous throughout. We took a more traditional design approach for this project, incorporating subtle vintage references and classic details, while keeping the overall vibe current. The result is a home that lives significantly larger than expected and set a new neighborhood record for the highest sale price ever achieved for a split-foyer property.
